각 영상별 칩 개수는 Table 3에 제시된 바대로 아리랑 3호의 경우 약 140여개, 아리랑 2호의 경우 108개에서 139개이다.
아리랑 3호의 경우 영상의 면적이 더 크기 때문에 보다 많은 라이다 칩이 포함된 이유이다. Fig. 영상 범위가 라이다 데이터의 영역보다 크기 때문에 라이다 칩 매칭점 분포도가 아리랑 2호의 경우에 비해 상대적으로 좋지 않다.
Fig. 7(a)와 ( 는 아리랑 2호의 경우를 나타낸 것으로서, 좌측 하단부의 경우 Fig. A0, A1, A2 와 B0, B1, B2 : coefficients of the affine model for shift, drift and systematic errors, l, s : the computed image coordinates of a point (sample and line), l′, s′ : the correct coordinates of the point.
2)와 같이 구성되어 있으며, 분모는 두 영상에서 추출되는 에지 픽셀의 총 수의 합계를 나타내고, 분자는 두 영상 모두에서 에지인 픽셀의 총 수이다. 즉, 라이다 점밀도가 1제곱미터당 3포인트인 경우에는 3번이 아닌 1번의 영상 투영을 수행하므로 연산시간을 1/3로 절감할 수 있다.
Fig. 7에서는 각각의 영상 영역 내에서 라이다 칩이 매칭이 성공한 위치를 사각형으로 나타내었고, 검사점의 위치 및 오차를 삼각형과 화살표로 나타내었다. 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 총 182개의 구획(전체 영역 대비 약 24％)이 라이다 칩으로 선택되어 저장되었다.
반사강도 정보를 가지고 있는 라이다 칩은 같이 저장된 수치표고모델의 높이값을 이용하여 고해상도 위성영상 공간으로 투영된다. 쉽게 말해 벡터형태인 라이다 포인트 별 반사강도 정보를 이용하여 설정된 공간해상도로 래스터화하는 것이다. |
